News about the Newsletter ~
Faith in Action was selected as the name of Faith Community CRC’s newsletter because the name represents the following ....
Faith - for Faith Community CRC - and our faith in Christ Jesus as our Savior and Lord
and
in Action - because there are so many ways faith is real, and acted out in the lives of the members of our congregation and in the activities of our church family.
Because this newsletter is written about, and for, our own church family we would like to make available some opportunities for members of the congregation to become involved.
Here are some ways that you can participate in the newsletter:
Do you like to cook or bake? Submit your favorite recipe for our Recipe Exchange.
Do you have a testimony you would like to share or has God touched you in a special way? If so, write a note or contact one of the Newsletter Team and we’ll help you write something for our Testimony Corner.
Do you have a special or funny story about your children or grandchildren ... do you have a favorite Bible verse ... or is there something else you would like to share? Submit it for our Precious Gems section of the newsletter.
Is there a topic you would like to express your opinion about? Write a Letter to the Editor and submit it for publication.
We want to make this newsletter your own... and we appreciate any comments and suggestions you may have.
