SPIES - Faith Community CRC

Special People Involved in Encouragement & Support....the SPIES meet monthly to do "secret missions". These can include sending out cards for birthdays, get well, or sympathy...making "encouragment gifts" to give to friends and family...taking meals to those who are recovering from surgery or illness...giving a ride to a doctor appointment...doing yard work or cleaning for those in need...planning social events to keep our church family "connected".

Membership is open to anyone, of any age...Attendance to all meetings is not mandatory to be in SPIES. Just join us when you can!!!

GREETING CARD MINISTRY

SPIES have provided an opportunity for everyone to buy Christian greeting cards at affordable prices. These all-occasion cards are available right in our church foyer. Be sure to pick up that Mother's Day, Graduation, or sympathy card. Don't forget to give a birthday card to someone listed in the church newsletter! No need to run to the store...just pick up your cards at church on Sunday! Convenient and a great value!

(2nd Wednesday night of each month)

Join the SPIES as we continue to sew together carriers for walkers. (see photo below) Several ladies and their sewing machines converge in the Fellowship Room for sewing and warm conversation! (We have delivered our first batch to the Beaver Dam Care Center... We are now working on more for the Rememberance Home!)

If you do not sew - come and help us cut and pin! The chatting is great - and we treat you to doughnuts!
